Parking can be a bit tricky since its the mall and the waiting room is a bit small.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness This company is a joke. they call you to participate in a study, once you do they do a disappear act with the funds. that is sad especially at a time like this NEVER AGAIN

Good time. Only reason the fifth missing was because the girl working the front desk dismissed in order to have a friend fill the seat.

Participated in a taste test here. The staff is extremely efficient. No waiting around to be called. If you show up on time it is easy in and out.

People were very kind and helpful to me it was my first time participating in a tasting of delicious beverages . Survey was very easy and facility was exceptionally clean, Thanks guys for your professionalism, kindness, thoughtfulness and creativity in maintaining a clean environment for all participants. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value They abuse their privilege as an agency and exploit people. I did a study with them that was supposed to be 1.5 hours and it ran for 2.5 hours without extra pay. After contacting their CEO and VP they still refused to pay extra. Never again! after my review they replied to me. Still keeping their lies. Don't use them!

Great place to earn some extra cash on the side! I've been fortunate enough to be a part of some food tastings, latino focus groups, and most recently a part of a technology survey. You'll never know what else comes up and it's always interesting to see what new products are being introduced into the world. The staff is friendly and helpful, they pay for your parking, and they pay fair for your time. You'd be crazy not to give them a shot!

Honestly, this is one of the cheapest focus group experiences you'll ever have. They don't pay fair prices. The coordinator treated us like cattle and then went on to accuse someone in the group of 'smelling like pot'. Then she was threatening to kick them out. I couldn't smell it, and it was extremely uncomfortable. Then she went on a long, boring diatribe about her life. If you can book a group elsewhere, by all means, DO SO. This is a last resort.

WARNING: if you didn't get a call from them and only a email don't show up! They'll only attend you if you had a call from them! The people who work here are absolutely the most rudest people I've ever came in contact with! The only nice person here is Bonnie! I came in here and they kicked someone out who got the email but didn't get called however on the email they never tell you, "you'll be entered if you get a call" it doesn't say anything about that.

So they kicked him out and as for me the survey was so awkward. It was supposed to be about jeans and they never told me before hand they'd want me to go completely naked, yes, NUDE! the people are really awkward about it too. Don't come here unless you MUST
