My Business Partners and I used Mangold to set up our company and do our personal and business taxes. They are unresponsive and information is always received late. When you do get a response, it is condescending and confusing. I contacted them a month before tax day to check on the status of our taxes, only to be informed that an extension was going to be filed because we didn't give them our paperwork before their deadline. The kicker, I had contacted them prior to their internal deadline for paperwork, but they never responded.
