I have been going to Mega-Pol Taxes and Accounting Inc since 2017 to complete my yearly tax returns. The front desk receptionist and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and courteous. I am always greeted with a smile when I walk in. The owner - Arek Wyrzykowski - assists with my tax returns and he is hands down the best accountant I've worked with.

He is extremely professional, personable, prompt, efficient, kind, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. Most importantly, he delivered better than expected results. From the moment I first spoke with him, he is always prompt to respond to my tax needs and questions. He also gives proper guidance and advice for my financial situations. I am very grateful for all the help he provided me over the years.

I have relocated twice in the past 4 years and don't mind the drive from where I'm at. I highly recommend Arek and his team. Their service costs are very reasonable. My taxes were getting more difficult to file on my own so I decided to starting using Mega-Pol three ears ago, a company my wife's family has been regularly using for many years. I have worked with Mariola all three years and she has gone above and beyond to make sure things are filed correctly and I am getting my maximum return. All at a great price compared to the big companies that charge you extra for every additional form add-on. They get busy around the tax deadline and still remain responsive through email and phone calls when things need to be discussed. I highly recommend using them every year!

I went here to do my taxes for the first time. I am a mailman in Palatine so I have been in almost all tax businesses in the city. This place is awesome! Front desk receptionist was polite & courteous. The individual who did my taxes was very professional, intelligent, efficient, & polite. 5 stars! I was in and out in less than a hour. I've had my taxes prepared by Mega-Pol T/A for the past three years. Mariola has been absolutely great and has never disappointed. She is quick to provide answers to my many questions when it comes to having my taxes prepared. I would rather have my taxes prepared by an accountant with Mariola's experience than depend on an internet program or an alleged tax professional with a desk at a department store.

I moved here about a year ago from out of state. I didn't want to deal with the two state returns and started looking for a place. I live in the Palatine area and drove past Mega-Pol Taxes. After checking their awesome reviews, I set up an appointment. I love their flat rate fees, no going in and getting charged "per form" like some of the chains. Was thinking I was going to do my taxes myself next year, but after Arek did my taxes, I'm now coming back each and every year! Thanks Arek!
