I've had Bill prepare my taxes for a few years now and haven't been disappointed. He's fast and thorough. Thanks Bill!

They are so unorganized, how do youHave a dirty office with nowhere to sit? The mother and son who work there are always running late even when you have a appointment! The mother and son argue in front of the clients. They are so rude papers everywhere, no organization at all! They never answer The phone or return your phone calls! I don't know how this place is still in business!

I hate that we actually went there and paid themTo do our taxes, big regret! So I warning everyone to Stay away from this place, they are very unprofessional and go someplace where you can feel at ease knowing you are being taken care of! My husband has been trying to get a hold of the son (who did our taxes) for two weeks already and no one answers the phone! Do not waste your time with Taxpert of Conroe, they are not Taxpert's! I don't even want to give them one star!

I've used Taxperts since 2007. I've always had Ms Gloria do my taxes and it's been a great experience. She made every effort to see that my returns were done both lawfully and at the same time assuring that I received every dollar of refund allowable by law. However, Ms Gloria has apparently retired. My tax return was prepared by Bill Agee in about 15 minutes. The result was most disappointing. I regret to say I cannot recommend Taxperts.

I wish there was an option for negative stars. Absolutely terrible operation and service. Multiple state taxes have still yet to be filed years later, and no one answers the phone, returns calls, or addresses issues whatsoever. Do not take your taxes to these people, they will simply never be done and you'll never get ahold of them again.

DON'T DO IT! Just find someone else! They used to be awesome. but that last couple of years, it's been a nightmare dealing with these people. I don't know why it's changed, but I no longer recommend Bill & Gloria to anyone because they aren't dependable. They always say they have someone in their office when I call. They never ever return my calls.

My taxes should've been done already, instead they filed an extension and refuse to do them. but they tell me they're working on them. Trust me, just find someone else or choose turbotax.

Don't Take Your Taxes Here! They refused to return phone calls. Lied about our taxes being "almost done", only to find out they had not touched them. These people need to be reported to the BBB. Dishonest and the worst business practice I have ever seen. Had to show up in person and demand our papers back only to take them somewhere else to be done.

Stay away, far away. They lied to us about when our taxes would be done for months, they wouldn't return calls and then we were fined over 2k by the irs because they had no record of the extension being filed. There used to be more negative reviews like this but they are some how they are now missing. Check yelp for more honest reviews

Today is last day taxes are due. I gave them my file to do my taxes in February. They have not done them or answered my phone calls. Run! Yelp requires that you give a star otherwise I would give zero

Gloria has been doing my taxes for years and she is exceptional! They take the time to do things the right way and I am always very pleased knowing that they have gotten me all the money I am due. Great experience every time!

These folks are amazing! We have been doing our personal and business taxes with Taxpert for over 10 years and love what they can do for our return. They are all professionals and devote 100% to an excellent outcome for you and your family. Thank you and keep up the great work!

If I would have checked this review page first, I would not have hired them. The other reviewers are correct when they say they don't answer their phone. The voice message box is always full, so it is not possible to leave them a message. Also, requested them to file my return by mail, but the tax preparer didn't bother to send the envelope with a trace on it.

Seven weeks later, have to fix a mess when we don't receive our refund check. They incorrectly filed my return. Had to file an amended return for the first time in my tax return history.

Worst place ever! Don't go here, they have lost my taxes filed extensions and my taxes without my review. Misti is awful and lies, she states she only answers the phone however she collects payment to charge your card for taxes. I am now getting audited by the IRS due to Bill Agees awful tax mistakes. They don't answer the phone, they hang up on you when you ask them what's going on with your return.

They lied to me and said my return was rejected by the IRS however I called the IRS and they had no record and no reject ever on file for me. They took my money. Don't go here ever! You will regret it if you do. Rip off company. The IRS needs to look into them and shut them down. Horrible customer service and awful job!

I took a day off from work for a 9:30 appointment with Bill. I walked in at 9:25. I sat there until 10:15 without one person acknowledging me. Sever folks that work there walked by the lobby and looked me right in the eyes and never said one word. HORRIBLE customer service. I left without ever speaking to anyone about anything. Wasted my entire morning and they didn't even have the decency to tell me to go take a hike! I would NOT recommend this place.

Taxpert is TERRIBLE. If I could give them zero stars I would. I submitted my info to them early February and they filed an extension without asking permission to do so. Misti is the most unprofessional individual I have ever worked with. I am still dealing with them trying to get my quarterly payment vouchers AND my return. Awful!

DO NOT come here! Here are just a few reasons why: 1. They increase their fees. 2. They've lost my paperwork. 3. I had to file an extension due to the paperwork loss. 4. They NEVER, EVER answer their phone!
