I have been going here since 1998. Great family, great service, but a bit slow if you don't time it right and hit a crowd. Plan to spend three hours. Grab some lunch at the local shawarma shop, bring some tunes or a book, and you'll be fine.

Been going to Joe for 28 years, never again. He's not the same anymore, it's a shame really and his son told me he doesn't need my business. Take care Joe.

Joe is the man. Saved me a ton on my taxes. Worth every penny! This place is old school, family run. Which I enjoy. They have heart and will help you with compassion. That said, they may not be as "slick" as some of the big corporate practices. But I don't care about slickness.

I was recommended to this office over 25 years ago and have never been disappointed by the high level of professionalism and quality of service that is second to none. In one word "excelsior "!

This place is in terrible need of a Secratary or office manager. It's impossible to get someone to answer the phone or set up and appointment. I called three separate times and days. Finally I was able to track someone down and then A day later I got an email saying they were canceling my appointment. Get this because they were double booked! Awful customer service.

Do they not want business, completely absurd. Don't even bother calling or emailing they won't get back to you and can't be bother to schedule a new appointment. Even if you do eventually get someone they can't be bother and cancel on you, with no hope of future availability. They couldn't even give me one other possible day to come in. How could that be? Guess they do not want to pick up new customers? Completely ridiculous! Don't waste your time.

Joe has been taking care of me for 27 years. He's awesome. I live far away and I still use him. You should too!

Terrible service. Very unprofessional. Money hungry people. Very disgusted. I was going there a couple of years. Nasty arrogant people. Its a disgrace! This is my last year. My friends & I are leaving. Very nasty, not nice, the ladies in there need to learn how to talk to people & learn manners. Bye bye! You will not be seeing us anymore! Richie is a very nasty person. Very arrogant. Doesn't know how to talk to people. That office is hell. DO NOT GO THERE!

Have used them for years, this is my last year. 315 dollars to file 2 W'2, one student loan and one stock trade. It gets worse, the had mine and my wifes profession mixed up in there database, When I questioned why I had to pay 200 percent more, the person was not even able to give me simple year over year comp. Days go by no phone call, Finally today I call in, still don't get Joe or Rich just another person fumbling around to find my file.

I just said look can I just pay you, I have given up on speaking with the accountant. So that's my experience. I owe 300% more in taxes this year, I owe them 315. and I still dont fully understand why, no guidance nothing. Avoid them.

Joe has been doing my taxes for five years. I travel forty five minutes to get to his office even though I am surrounded by tax accountants where I live, he is that good. Kind, courteous, helpful and takes the time to make sure I understand everything. I couldn't recommend them more highly and given their always packed waiting room, looks like plenty of other people agree.
