Today is 27th of the month the HOA fee supposed to take out once every 2nd day of the month.this time they charged me twice once one the 8th that caused me overdraft fee from my bank and my bank reversed that to me but the next day Wich is the 9th they took it out again and caused me another overdraft fee. From that day I've been calling texting putting voicemail but Everytime they say they have to talk to accounting they cannot hold of the bank it takes time and they keep postponing to next week I'm tried out of my patients and cannot stand any of their lies anymore if it was me owing them they already killed me by notices mail email phone call etc.

Normally I don't participate in these reviews, but hey, it's Christmas. Of all the holidays, 10 days and counting, no hot water. Family is visiting, dishes need washing, showers to be taken, clothes to wash, floors to mop, simply to wash hands, and its cold. Who don't NEED hot water? Only persons that already have it. It's not a luxury, its a necessity.
Each day comes with a different promise. Oh, we're getting $100 off rent next month. They say we have a gas leak, but nobody warned to leave. Just bad business all around. Be straight forward. I was 3 days late on rent and got an eviction notice. Really.10+ days.

I have to agree with Justin and Johnny and just assume the 5 star reviewers live an area where they have it much better. Trust me I usually only leave 5 star reviews. My experience started off with a "violation" letter of having my garbage cans out front of the garage right next to the door. So I read that and walked outside to see 12 other homes from my driveway doing the same thing.
When I contacted MAC group, which is not easy by the way, they stated "well the property manager did a drive through and noticed it." Ok so does he drive with his eyes closed until he gets to my house? What makes matters worse, is that upon moving in, I only received that violation letter and a bill for the HOA fees. The problem here is you think the company could send a welcome letter with the rules in the first place?
Per the bill, they had my info and knew I had just taken over ownership. No they were just more concerned about getting paid. Then, later down the line I had to replace the wooden mailbox stand and had some questions regarding it. Emails and phone calls still to this day unanswered. So I just bought a cheap replacement and will just throw their violations in the trash. I'm not even sure what the money is going to other than just enforcing rules for certain homes?

Our family has nothing but positive feedback on MAC group Management and our property manager. They are quick to help when needed and provide guidance on any processes involved with the rental side. Very capable staff to say the least! We were plagued by many document errors and a general lack of leadership direction for the condo. Macgroup put Denise in charge of our affairs, and she's done a wonderful job of correcting the previous mistakes and getting everything back to an organized manner. They've saved us so much time and headache throughout this entire process.
Plus the knowledge they carry as a team and as individual employees is very beneficial and without it, it's doubtful we would have been able to turn things around so quickly.

Their integrity and experience are unmatched an unrivaled. We hired a firm previous to them that simply was unable to cope with the workload required of handling our rather large neighborhood HOA. In the beginning, we had many budgeting decisions to make, needed to figure out a better system for collecting payments as well as keeping more organized records. Macgroup was able to handle all the above and more, really solidifying their worth in my opinion. They are the top of the line when it comes to making great decisions and managing a community well.

Terrible experience from day one with these people. Started off by lying about issues with my home. Continued to nitpic everything about my home trying to get money. If your hoa board is considering these people. Get them off the board or move out. You will be sorry. They have single-handedly caused me to put my home for sale.
