I had a frustrating series of experiences with Honeck O'Toole. My small business was charged a lot of money, suffered through some costly miscommunications, and year after year received conflicting advice and less than friendly treatment. Staff turnover seems to be high, which has made consistency an issue. When one of the firm's principal CPAs made a significant error on my return (and subsequently left the firm),I was then charged for the time another CPA there spent fixing it. Bottom line is that this is an expensive firm that seems to have internal troubles and is not, as it advertises, a place "where people count."

If you want to pay way too much for very poor service, this is the firm for you! They forgot basic deductions, never answered simple questions. I expected simple things, like a summary of how my taxes were prepared and recommendations for the future, and this firm provided nothing more than completing my taxes, just the same as I could have in 2 hours using Turbo Tax.
