At Otis | Atwell we know that timing is everything. For more than 40 years we have been committed to being responsive to the needs of our clients. Our team goes above and beyond to deliver quality accounting products that meet or exceed your timing requirements. We have been actively involved with affordable housing for over 40 years and with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program since its inception.
The Firm has been involved in the affordable housing industry (including public housing authorities) since its inception in 1974. Partners and staff attend most Public Housing Authority (PHA) and State housing conferences throughout the year, in addition to a number of housing and tax credit seminars.
