I am assuming they are good because they were a referral from someone. Unfortunately I never got to work with them. I submitted the contact form from on their website. Then I called twice. Both times I connected with a receptionist who asked me to leave a voicemail which I did. It has been over 4 weeks since the first contact but no response. Perhaps they are not taking new clients, I asked the receptionist who affirmed that it isn't the case.
In any case, decency to return the call/email should be there to let the potential client know. This review is for responsiveness to future clients, not for their services. That said, I wonder if communication is broken for the existing clients too.
