Mr. Lander provided excellent service pertaining to my tax returns. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our tax returns were completed in a timely manner and we intent to use his service next year.

A literal joke and if I can give zero stars I would. I called "Art" to ask for tax advice and literally couldn't give any solid advise that I couldn't find myself on how to pay for my taxes. After the 30 second call he said I should glad to pay my taxes and hung up.

Called this office to explain an audit letter I received and was looking for assistance in how to handle it and to look into my returns to find any further issues to correct. After explaining it to him he told me he gets paid $450 an hour and my issue was too small for him and then abruptly hung up the phone. Really? Well you lost my business.

When I refer to Art as "my accountant", I'm being truthful. I do not feel like I'm just a number or one of many customers but truly a client. When I need help with estimated tax payments or advice on retirement accounts as a 1099 consultant, he responds quickly and thoroughly. If you are happy with TurboTax, fine. But if you are needing or wanting personalized service, be sure to meet with Art first before selecting an accountant.

I even called his office a few times before finally deciding to go in and he was honest with his responses, he even told me that he would be far more expensive having him set up a business than doing it myself.
