I was referred to Rivero CPA, LLC by my neighbor in Westfield. It turned out to be a great recommendation! We used Louri and her team to prepare our annual taxes. Prior to working with Rivero CPA, LLC I was a DIYer spending big chunks of Saturdays sorting through forms and trying to make sense of the nonsense in TurboTax. Last year a mistake in my my TurboTax filing cost me which meant it was time to get professional help. Louri and her team were the consummate professionals.

They were clear and communicative from the start providing a nice online portal where all of our forms "could be dumped". They sorted through the information with ease and were able to produce my tax return with what appeared to be ease. They are too busy to handle their own clients. Can't even dignify three emails in a row with a response for important and timely tax needs. This agency sucks and they only care about how many returns they can push as fast as they can. I won't be returning. Don't bother returning my emails now.
