I had this Guy for a Accounting for 28 Years He hired a guy name Mark this was late on getting my taxis stuff done. He was a lair and a Very Bad experience with mark very rude and liar. I had sent severe other business to him they all left there company. I went to another guy great place my littel Girl also had a bad experience with john she went to another account and is know very happy. Just what you self if you go there they reuse number from the last year on your taxis and charge you full amount. Here is my number just call 815-482-6085 Mike

I know people say this all the time but I wish I could give them negative stars. They were absolutely MISERABLE to work with. Ignoring phone calls. Had to call at least 5 times before anybody would respond. And that was 5 times throughout a months span so they had plenty of time. When received a bill for "extra work" they did, Which they were not upfront about, the customer service I received was disgusting.
I might only be in my mid 20s but I've worked in customer service for 8 years and that was in no way how you treat someone. They were insulting and threatening. I've never been treated the way that this place treated me. They lost a long time client and a new client. Which I'm sure they don't care about because to them we are just numbers who they do not care about in the least bit. You need to rethink how you treat people. Or find a new profession that doesn't involve customer service. Disgusted.

I was referred to JL by a friend. Called to set up an appointment and did not even receive a return call. When i called back I talked to John and set up an appointment. After arriving for an appointment I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes. I left after I grew tired of waiting. I feel companies treat you the best trying to get your business, if this is their best I will go elsewhere.

Very friendly from the minute you walk in the door. This was our first visit to JL accounting and I will make an appointment every year following. Very professional but very laid back and friendly. We sat down with Mark Price who made us feel very comfortable and at ease. After about an hour he had helped us get a tax return that just by doing it ourselves over the years we never gotten.
We are very happy with this firm and we will continue to use them next year. I highly suggest that if you are thinking about using a firm to see if you can get more out of your tax return this is the firm to use. It is worth spending the money to have your taxes done, they are priced very reasonably and worth every penny.
