We have used Brown & Company since 1997 The last few years have been terrible phone calls not returned and when they did return our calls they said Wayne could not complete them. So they sent our taxes back to us to use another accountant. Also Wayne said they would file an extension and now we have the IRS charging us late fees. We have been trying to call but the phone is now disconnected. Very unprofessional.
