Marshall & Marshall, CPAs was started in 1994 by Ingrid Marshall, working part-time while raising children. At the time, Tom Marshall, her husband, worked for a CPA firm in New York City. In 1999, Tom left his position in NYC and joined Ingrid in the business in Stroudsburg. Since then they have concentrated on growing the business and have built a solid client base, in various industries and geographical locations. Their focus on prompt, professional service continues to make them a favorite of small-business owners and individuals, alike.

I have been a multiple business owner for over 30 years. I have bounced from one CPA to another, until 12 years ago when Ingrid and Tom created financial order and direction. That is when things started to roll for us. Moreover, having the Marshall team now as a sounding board for my questions and ideas is of great help and value. I now have much more time to focus on what I do best. Having hung out with Ingrid in the office at times was the best, for; she has also trained me to do most bookkeeping on my own. I could go on for much longer.so, ,,, My advice would be: "Do it your-selfers and bargain hunters call them now and stop losing money unnecessarily"!

They even went back over the previous tax years and adjusted my returns for errors from the other company that did my returns. Tom and Ingrid were fabulous. I got a notice from the IRS and my other accountant told me there was nothing he could do. Tom researched the situation, wrote a letter to the IRS and got the issue corrected. The fee was very reasonable.

Ingrid and Tom Marshall are excellent CPA's. Every year they handle my tax return quickly and make sure everything is done correctly. The accountant I used to use made a lot of mistakes.
