Sincerely disappointed in your services and your work this year. Sad, as we have been with you awhile. Our appointment was Feb 11, and you entered our information while we waited. When we left that day, you told us the taxes would be available in a week, mailed to our home. Mid March, I started calling weekly, and always got the same message- that it just needed to be finalized. April 1, I started calling every 2 days.
I heard that you were working late and weekends, and that I would get it soon. April 10, I took my documents back and heard- You lost two employees (but apparently never stopped accepting customers?) You were prioritizing people who need to pay (even though the same day i was told that it would be ready on Monday) I would be able to pick it up on Saturday (We are going to be away on a trip planned since January) It would be ready on Monday- so apparently both my husband and I would have to take off work to sign off on the efile? Greed and lack of communication mean that I will not be back; and I will rescind the various recommendations that were made for your service. Disappointment is not the word for my feelings toward your business. Update- the service I found on April 10 completed my taxes by April 11. Funny that it was so simple for them.

Our appt was feb11. We sat with Linda while she entered our information and it was supposed to be processed within a week. We began calling weekly beginning mid March. The story was always the same- it just needs to be finished up. Today is April 10. They said it would be ready Monday. We just took possession back of our documents and will be looking to file elsewhere. There is a long story of this and that, lost employees, and promised that those who need to pay were prioritized. We weren't. Go somewhere else.
