I have had used the services of this firm for over 8 years and have nothing but great things to say about Ernesto and the staff. We bring the information to do our taxes every year and they always give us great professional service at very reasonable prices. We used to bring the documents ourselves but now we just send it through email or the private portal that they have setup for us, which makes things very convenient for me.

We also received the copies of our returns through the portal and it comes very handy when you need a copy of your return. I am very happy with their professional service and have referred them to my friends and family for any business or personal needs.

We had a horrible experience with this firm; we made the mistake of trusting someone who referred us and got burned. We were grossly overcharged and when I called to respectfully air a complaint, the owner picked up the line yelling and arguing, and using expletives, threatening to call the credit bureau on me over a $200 invoice. This office is highly unprofessional; go somewhere else for your financial needs. No one should feel bamboozled or bullied when it comes to any service, especially when the service has anything to do with finances. Good luck.
