Tarabyte Solutions has saved us hours of work and thousands of dollars by providing custom Fishbowl reports the improve our efficiency. I am able to call the developer directly and explain what I need to the source. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the timeframe that it is provided in. If you use Fishbowl, you would be stupid not to us Tarabyte to help you with your customization. They will save you money.

Tarabyte has been terrific so far and I say so far because they have so much more to offer us. They know their stuff. I had worked with another Fishbowl expert but when he charged me for every single minute of "get to know you" and "chatting" and then even rounded up the charges, I said this isn't going to work. Jeanne not only gave an hour free, but on our next meeting when I wasn't prepared and had taken 10 minutes of her time and a scheduled appointment, she not only didn't charge me anything, she was super nice about it and simply rescheduled me. You are in good hands with this team.

I was shopping for accounting software, trying to deal with online chat sales sessions and different sales people when I happened to have TaraByte Solutions pop up in a Google search. I was at the end of my rope when I called and their representative Steffanie answered. Not only did she have a pleasant demeanor and perfect diction and command of English, but she was really helpful and made things simple- exactly what I needed after floundering around pointlessly for 90 minutes prior to talking with her.
You can just tell when some people are high-caliber. Thank you, Steffanie and TaraByte. I also saved money over other approaches, and she said they'll call me to renew the online services I purchased when my subscription expires so I can save more money next year.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAY AWAY! The owner of this business is one of the rudest, nastiest, incompetent people I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Jeanne is brash and doesn't seem to care for her customers or their needs AT ALL. They are unorganized, understaffed, and terrible to work with. On top of that, they are pushing a service that can be easily accomplished by anyone with basic computer knowledge and charging a ridiculous amount to do so. Do your research, I implore you not to go with this company. Save your money and patience!
