EWH is a wonderful resource for any small business, especially if your intentions are to grow your business. From the accountants fielding questions and working their magic, to the QuickBooks support for those of us that aren't exactly "expert users", they are always there to help. The biggest impact on our business growth has come from Joseph and his EWH University series.
The business essentials and business mastery courses are outstanding for anyone getting started or looking for ways to better their business. We took it a step further and brought Joseph in to do DISC and Motivators training with our entire company. Joseph completely exceeded all of our outcome expectations for the training. Our team members were engaged and have now gained a great understanding of DISC and Motivators.
With this increased knowledge and understanding our team has become better communicators with each other and with clients. This has made us more effective as a company and although it has taken a lot of work internally, we could not have done it without the help and expertise of Joseph and the EWH team.

Joseph Hastreiter visited my company, Swimming Pool Services, this past Monday. We had a company wide DISC training session. I had done a DISC assessment in the past. However, I never had this concept described in such detail.
