Getting your taxes done is already stressful, so not understanding 100% how to file our taxes we wanted a professional tax service, we have used them before however this is the last time! Tried to ask general questions and was always interrupted and stopped before I could ask, he was asking us questions that we had no idea on, he gave absolutely no direction or advice on what was best for us!
My lawyer gave me more info then they did, I mean that is why we are here paying over $500.00 to get them to do our taxes and explain what they did and to make sure we as clients understand it right? No client should ever be made to feel like your unaware or inadequate because you dont know how to do your taxes and that the experience I had this time and I will not be back! I gave the 2 stars because the job was finally completed after all that!

I was, for the first time in my adult life, in the position of having to seek guidance for filing my taxes. Kim helped me and I'll say he is a wonderful person to work with. He went through the process slowly with me and made sure I understood everything he was doing before proceeding to the next step. Thank you Kim.
