Founded in 1997, VSH is a 40+ person firm led by partners Chris Sullivan, Robert (Bob) Sytsma, Kathy Herndon, Jessica Waggoner, Mark Roetcisoender, and Lydia Ahn. I have worked with VSH for about 8 years now. Very professional and proactive about sharing relevant info and with with future planning for maximum tax savings. Staff are knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions. Highly technical knowledge relating to international topics as well as for both large and small businesses. Definitely recommend.

I've been going here several years and every year I wish I got a new cpa. This will be that year. Maybe they do a good job on my taxes but their costumer service is poor. they never tell me how I can prepare for the next year to not owe money and they're very curt with any kind of question i have. i find them to be convenient to doing my own but I'm not convinced they've saved me money. This year I'll find a cpa that specializes in things like small business, not being rude.
