I was a client of Bill and Ronda's for years when my business was located in the Chicagoland area. Then I moved to Ohio and found a local Cleveland accountant who I figured would be fluent in Ohio state (and municipal) tax codes and would be convenient to visit. HUGE MISTAKE! After utilizing this local Cleveland accountant (who I won't call out here) for three years I returned to WE Huml & Co and begged for them to take me back as a client even though I was 2 states away.

They agreed and WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Ronda is always there for us, and even corrected and re-filed years of previous Ohio state taxes that our "Ohio accountant" did wrong. You'll never regret partnering with WE Huml and Co.!

Ronda Landry has been handling both our personal and corporate taxes for several years now. She responds almost instantly anytime we have a question and is always thoroughly explaining any work she's doing or answering any questions. She's also very proactive with making sure we're filing the correct forms, making payments on time, etc. and I feel like I have a much better handle on our finances because of the information she provides. Couldn't ask for a more professional or better CPA!

Bill and Ronda run a top notch firm. Last year we moved to KY and were afraid we'd need to find someone here. Nope, they have us covered! Ronda is extremely fast in responding to inquiries! I mean REALLY fast! She knows her stuff. We had questions throughout the year, not just tax time. Always on the spot with answers. They are really the best.

This review is not about Bill since I never met or worked with him. This is about my experience with Ronda. This woman was unfriendly from the start. She put no energy into my account and was unable to answer many of my accounting questions, I had to reach out to her twice to get an update on my taxes because so much time had lapsed between her last correspondences. Finally, three days before my corporate taxes were due, Ronda tells me she didn't want to work on my taxes. I highly recommend not ever getting involved with this woman. She put no interest in my personal or business' well-being.

I couldn't have been more pleased working with Ronda. She took a very complicated tax situation and made it simple and painless for me. Her responsiveness and flexibility was amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an accountant. In fact I have already sent one of my neighbors to her for help. Great to work with!

We have been using Bill for close to 30 yrs now and have been completely satisfied with his help. He has taken us through planning for retirement tax wise, and now he's helping us with saving money in our retirement investments. I highly recommend setting up a meeting with Bill for your taxes. This was my first time using a CPA vs filing on my own. I needed to find a trustworthy CPA and did not want to go to someone at H&R Block that was trained for 30 minutes on yes or no questions on a computer program. Due to financial circumstances, I hadn't filed for 4 years. Bill was able to organize and file each year including my 2015 very quickly and accurately. I was very pleased with his service and attention to detail. If you are considering going to a CPA, give Bill a call. I will be going back next year!

Two years ago I reached out Ronda Landry as I was looking for a new CPA. I was not happy with my old one which I had for many years. I informed Ronda that I had a child in college and had to have my yearly taxes done quickly. She did an awesome job helping me with this and getting my taxes completed on time. I recently had issues, as I was being Audited by the IRS from my 2013 taxes.

I reached out many times to her regarding questions and she didn't hesitate to help in any way, and she didn't even do them. We had forwarded the audit to the old accountants assuming they did them, they would fix them, which never happened. We waited almost 5 months with my old CPA's to complete the correction. They refused to help, as they said they "did nothing wrong with our taxes", but obviously the IRS thinks you were wrong.

I reached out to Ronda for her help, in this very stressful situation. Within 24 hours she had completed a letter to the IRS, compiled the bank documents, and had us in her office to sign the forms and get them in the mail. She is an amazing CPA!

We recently moved to Lake County and were in search of a new company to do our tax prep for us. We did a little online research and I'm definitely pleased with the decision we made! Ronda met with us twice - once to meet us and go over all of our tax documents, and again to walk through our tax return with us. They e-file for you, which is also nice.

She was very accommodating to our schedules and took the time to get to know us (and didn't mind our 3 year old tagging along!). She also provided some good advice for the upcoming year and was very accessible via phone and email. As an added bonus, they have a secure online portal for signing documents and such, eliminating the need for as many face-to-face meetings if that's what you're looking for.

I like knowing that next year, we will work with Ronda again and not just a random person who is available, as was the case with the last company we used before we moved. I found the price of the tax prep to be reasonable and supporting a local business is always an added bonus in my book. We'll definitely recommend William E. Huml & Co. to others and look forward to continuing to work with them!

Bill and Ronda have been our accountants for many years. They always done a great job on our taxes. However they have done much more. At various times they have handled our financials, receivables, payables, payroll - everything our businesses have needed. And most of all, they have always responded quickly with excellent advice.
