SUMMARY 1/5: Avoid this company. They are poor communicators and will ignore problems that they have caused. REVIEW: I had my taxes done with this company in 2017, to which i received a tax refund of $3,000+ dollars. However, it is now May 5th, 2019 and i have still not received my tax refund. I have followed up with them in emails several times; even emailing different employees to receive zero response.
After my accountant, Susan, blatantly ignored my emails, i reached out to the owner, Michael, to be mistaken for another clients and called a female. Needless to say, they did the job accounting wise but not with the follow through. Avoid this company as they are poor communicators and do not have any care for their clients.
