Thomas J. McCarthy began his accounting career working in the corporate auditing field in the early 1980s. He opened his first accounting practice in Greensboro, MD in 1984, and then opened his second location on Kent Island in 1985. Having made Kent Island his home in 1985, he has been a practicing CPA and along with his wife, have been members of the local community ever since.
Gregory W. Litvinuck has been a life-long resident of Kent Island. Since then, he has progressed from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant, became a CPA in 1995, and a partner in 1998. He is a member of the Maryland Association of CPA's (MACPA) and the Maryland Society of Accounting & Tax Professionals.
Christopher J. Williams has over 12 years of experience in public accounting specializing in financial services, cryptocurrencies, partnerships, high net worth individuals and management companies. After graduating from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey - Newark with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2006 Chris worked in the New Jersey / New York Metropolitan area before moving to Maryland in 2018.
Allen K. Ayers is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Planner, and holds a Master's Degree in Taxation earned from the University of Baltimore Law School. He is accredited in business valuation by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. This credential was granted upon proof of business valuation experience and the successful completion of a written examination.

Very pleasant, organized, detailed professionals. I moved to this area during tax season and had to extend my filing. They were able to help me sort what was required and what wasn't this year. Advised me of what documentation I needed to gather for the current tax year due to the sale of my home of over 40 years. Will continue to have them assist me with my taxes. Highly recommend.

Kram, Mccarthy, Ayers & Frost, LLC has been doing my taxes for the past six years. I had a slightly tangled mess to sort out after moving my business from a different state and missed filings for several years. This firm helped my sort out my problems and reach an agreement with the IRS which was reasonable. They have also been good at helping me save money and stay ahead of the curve with the ever-changing tax laws. I have had a great experience here and will continue to come back.
