Ignorant and unprofessional company. Went to get my taxes done. They told me they would let me look everything over before submitting my returns. Called me a few days later and said they tried to file and there was and issue with my wifes last name which i told them to start with she hadnt legally changed their name yet. I flipped out on them and told them they werent supposed to file until i told them to.
They said ok. Then they went and filed all my taxes even tho i told them my state was already filed and accepted plus i told them i i didnt want them to file that i decided to file myself and they told me they already filed everything(even though they were calling me to ask my permission to file). They were unappologetic and still charged me full price even tho i shouldnt have been charged for something they should have never done. Do not use this POS accountant!
