Pam Glauner has been a wonderful asset in making my small business successful since I started it close to 8 years ago. I had used Reagan as my accounting firm for several years. I was always satisfied and things were filed on time, until my 2016 taxes were due. They had initially filed me an extension for 2016 and because they had been reliable before, I left it in their hands. I was unaware of how long the extension was for, I had thought there was no need to, that's what I pay an accounting firm for. Ultimately, there was an employee that had left and my taxes were forgotten and the extension had expired, which I was unaware of.
After asking about my taxes in the beginning of 2018, I was told they had tried to contact me several times and it was my fault that the taxes weren't filed. There was never an email sent or a call received, I was clearly lost when their previous employee left. I was then told that I would be better off with another firm, and they would be sending me my tax info back.
After they had messed up and didn't file my taxes, they dismissed me as a client. There are much more reliable firms in the area that will take responsibility for your taxes, go with one of those.
