Multiple problems here, not the least of which is poor accounting records (ironic, I know). We are being billed hundreds of dollars more than we owe. Yes, we have a record of all payments made and intend to send them to this accountant as soon as possible. Also, breach of client confidentiality. Unethical. Won't return phone calls. Unprofessional and poorly run business.
