Jeffrey Melagrano graduated cumlaude from Iona College in 1983 and was recruited by Price Waterhouse. His clients included IBM, General Foods, Chase Manhattan Bank, and National Securities Clearing Corporation. In 1986 Mr. Melagrano left Price Waterhouse to begin his own accounting firm. He worked part time with a very successful retirement minded tax practitioner in Scarsdale.
