Simple HR

Honestly everytime i call they are very rude and very impatient. I try to talk and they usually talk over me or cut me off. I also have had my direct deposit not go through a countless number of times bc of them. and they always are bent out to solve the problem so this is still happening for the 3rd week in a row now. They need to step up their customer service immediately.

I've been running restaurants in northwest Florida for 3 decades and these guys are by far the best employee leasing company I have worked with. One of my employees didn't have his ID card upon filling out his initial paperwork and we needed him to start immediately so John from Simple HR drove him to his house to get identification and brought him back to work and certified him on the spot. When other companies barely fog a mirror with their breath these guys do whatever it takes to make things happen.

We have several clients that use Simple HR and they always speak highly of their client service. Most have switched from payroll providers that they had had bad experiences with, and tell me how much better Simple HR is than their previous provider. Carrie Summerlin is great to work with!

They lost my husbands paperwork for his insurance. Then tried to say they didn't get a response (which is not accurate and can be proven). Three months after it was supposed to be active they said they could make it retroactive and take his normal amount per pay period plus an extra $38 per pay period until it was caught up. Then instead of taking the agreed amount they took out the entire amount for the back insurance plus the normal pay period amount.

First of all, why is he being charged for insurance he did not have access to but needed because of their mistake (which can be proven). Second, if someone can look past your blatant mistake and you agree to take X amount of someone's paycheck let's make sure you stick to it. These people are playing with people's money - not acceptable at all.

They need money to give you your own info electronically. not even a real Human Resource place, just money.

I spoke with Teresa she treated me less than human on the phone. Concerning a direct deposit I should have received today, that was promised to me, I am disgusted and outraged by this company and its values. The service I received via phone was underwhelming.

I called for help but because my business model they could not help me but still called me back and gave me a referral to someone that could help me. Great service.

Ive been using Simple HR for over 8 years and they have been phenomenal for my business. Utilizing Simple HR has allowed me to offer better benefits to my employees and help provide them with a better work environment. Their great service saves me time and money. Every time I call with a question I am always greeted with a great helpful attitude. I can't say enough great things about this business. If you are a business owner you owe it to yourself to see what these guys can do for you.

This is a great HR company. The payroll and benefits are done perfectly. There is always someone available to answer your questions.
