Honestly everytime i call they are very rude and very impatient. I try to talk and they usually talk over me or cut me off. I also have had my direct deposit not go through a countless number of times bc of them. and they always are bent out to solve the problem so this is still happening for the 3rd week in a row now. They need to step up their customer service immediately.

I've been running restaurants in northwest Florida for 3 decades and these guys are by far the best employee leasing company I have worked with. One of my employees didn't have his ID card upon filling out his initial paperwork and we needed him to start immediately so John from Simple HR drove him to his house to get identification and brought him back to work and certified him on the spot. When other companies barely fog a mirror with their breath these guys do whatever it takes to make things happen.

They lost my husbands paperwork for his insurance. Then tried to say they didn't get a response (which is not accurate and can be proven). Three months after it was supposed to be active they said they could make it retroactive and take his normal amount per pay period plus an extra $38 per pay period until it was caught up. Then instead of taking the agreed amount they took out the entire amount for the back insurance plus the normal pay period amount.
First of all, why is he being charged for insurance he did not have access to but needed because of their mistake (which can be proven). Second, if someone can look past your blatant mistake and you agree to take X amount of someone's paycheck let's make sure you stick to it. These people are playing with people's money - not acceptable at all.
