Paul J. Roberto has been a practicing accountant for over thirty five years. A high school valedictorian, Paul graduated with honors from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio in 1957. As an undergraduate, he gained honors in the Phi Society, scholastic honorary, and Beta Alpha Psi, accounting honorary.

These people have no idea about customer service, or what they are paid to accomplish. Paid them to file an extension for 2018, and now IRS coming after me since extension was never filed. Hung up during phone conversation when asked why they didn't accomplish what I paid the to do. For your own financial health, never allow these people to provide services for you!

You get the run around been waiting since Feb 12 for my taxes.i paid up front and then they tryed to add another 300 dollars 6 weeks lator.way to old to be a accountant they do not remember anything that they have done or did. I even had the Sherriff meet me there one night and they refused to answer the door.still waiting for a call back been up there 6 times already and was told to come back.they cashed my check for $350 dollars the next day and that was on Feb 12 here it is March 24th and still have Notting.received a phone call and was told to come up and pick up my papers.i was told to sign a form releasing them of everything in the envelope was my unfinished taxes and no check for 350 dollars.so I guess you live and learn.and they call them self church people.very bad bussiness I hope no one else has to go through what I did. God bless them
