We choose to provide all of the services for which a CPA firm is licensed in Wisconsin: accounting, financial reporting, auditing financial statements, tax planning and preparation, and financial consulting, for individuals, partnerships, corporations, fiduciaries and tax exempt organizations. We have a niche practice in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, focusing on third party reimbursement rate maximization in Medicaid and Medicare. We continue that kind of intense focus with each of our clients and that's what makes us work differently than others.

I want to give a fair review, so I will accept my share of blame in the situation. This is what happened. In order to get my FAFSA completed, I needed to have my taxes done. I had not filed in years. I called them, and they had me come in immediately. I gave them my tax information. They were completed promptly. I took my taxes with me. I could not remember if I gave payment or not.
I thought I had done at least a partial. When I returned on spring break I called to check on it. They had my 2012 and 2013 tax information that I dropped off for them to complete in August. They didn't which is fine because I owed money understandably. I was not contacted. Again, fine. Okay. So when I called the accountant who did the work was not in, Iveta told me I owed $200.00.
My sister was going to drop the payment off because she was picking up her daughter in town. They said I only gave them my 1099 for 2013, and did not return my other documents. They also would not provide a receipt of payment to my sister. Their dog bit my niece. I am really upset about these two things. I understand that you may be angry about my irresponsibility, but that does not entitled you to make false statements (and keep documents!) or provide receipt of payment. As for my niece, I feel terrible, but since I just received the phone call, the details are uncertain.
