I had a productive and informative meeting with Nicholas. I went in seeking to hire his company to assist me in changing my business to a S-Corp. Long story short, Nicholas sat down with me, listened and then provided detailed advice on why my business was not currently where it needed to be for an S-Corp to make financial sense. The reasonings made total sense and was authentic.

Though we did not move forward, I offered to pay for his time and advice, he kindly declined it was not necessary. As a business owner myself I said I would pay him back by making sure others knew of our interaction. Thank you and look forward to working with you in the future!

We researched extensively probably half a dozen CPAs before switching to Nick from our previous CPA. Nick and his staff are very responsive and organized. Nick has been very accessible over the phone and email and has patiently and thoroughly answered every question that has come up. His prices have also been quite reasonable. The default tax preparation workflow is mostly over mail and involves filling out a lengthy questionnaire, but the end result justifies the effort.

Very nice and humble guy. This is my first year working with him. Everything was pleasant and organize. He gave helpful suggestion throughout the year. Filing process is neat and easy. Go to him to save some time and make your money worth while.

Greeted in stocking feet. Quoted one price then pulled a bait and switch and charged a higher price when taxes were completed. The following year I hired another CPA who reviewed Dinatale's work and a refile was suggested as items were overlooked by Dinatale. He missed critical points and it cost additional money to correct his mistakes.

"Chit-chat." That's exactly the attitude I was talking about in my review. People don't call accountants to simply chit-chat. All you had to do was say you're office could not take on anymore clients at that time but that's not how you presented it. You also could have suggested to file an extension then your offices could assist but you didn't do that either. This was my genuine experience and you took more time to respond on here than to save face than to service a customer by giving me the time of day.

I am a photographer who is starting a business, and I wasn't sure where to turn to find an accountant. Based on the reviews here on Yelp, I found Nick, and he is great! He's knowledgeable and personable, and really packed some great and relevant advice into our session. I plan on returning as needed for advice on the new business and to do my tax returns. Highly recommended!

I met with Nick a few months back to discuss my 2016 tax situation involving trusts, etc. After the discussion, we decided that I was actually (surprisingly) on the right path on my own and didn't need his services! Imagine that! Although I haven't had to use Nick for taxes (yet), just to find someone that is honest enough to tell you that you actually DON'T need to spend money unnecessarily is a great way to start off! Annually, they send out a tax preparer questionnaire, so as long as you have all your tax documents filing your taxes will be a breeze with Nick! He is very thorough and knowledgeable!
