Had an appointment for taxes but the person who we had an appointment with couldn't make it to their office in time and couldn't be bothered with telling us. sat in their office waiting until the receptionist had to call the Acct and remind him he had an appointment, said sorry and maybe someone else could help. Above all, tax firms should be reliable and accurate.
