As a small business not always knowledgeable of reporting and timing we relay totally on Biz Checks. Richel my rep, is always available to answer questions or forward my questions to another department if necessary. They created timely reports for our PPLoan process and Larry and his team are always there to help with new reporting forms. The peace of mind to know that I can pick up the phone and get any payroll or payroll tax questions answered is priceless.
