Originally I had put a lot of trust into Shirley. I spoke to her maybe 3 times and the first time she assured us she would be there to answer through emails and any phone calls with questions. This is our first time opening a business. But no, instead we got ignored, no real answers, never explained our paperwork. Sent $500, never got a receipt. We have asked about our paperwork, what she all applied for.
We get phone calls from other people in the office that can't answer our questions. Also, a month after applying for a LLC someone else calls again from the office asking for information that Shirley should of had to apply. I was told they couldn't find it. Mind you this is a social security, address, personal information. I am completely dissatisfied and really stressed out from this experience.
I still can not believe this happened to us. I have tried to reach out multiple times for answers. We luckily figured out on our own that one file we received would allow us to move forward. But they couldn't tell us that. I highly reccomend doing your research.
