After an audit, a review is the second highest level of financial statement assurance offered by an independent CPA and involves a less extensive, although still thorough, examination of financial related data and related support. A compilation is a lower level of assurance given to financial statements and is less invasive than an audit or review.
YOBCO prepares tax returns and files information returns for individuals, trusts, estates, and all types of businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and benefit plans. These services include the required filings at all levels - federal, various state, and municipality - and include both autonomous and consolidated entities that require compliance with the statutory requirements relating to parent and subsidiary relationship, etc.
