Cynthia has been doing my taxes for years, and I have consistently been extremely satisfied. She always has an answer, even to complex issues. Cynthia is readily available and offers understandable explanations to tax inquiries.

They did a thorough job of preparing us for the tax meeting, the tax meeting itself went great, the taxes were done well and on time, and I would happily work with them again. In fact, I called them today to set up this year's tax return.

Cynthia has helped me with my taxes for a few years and she always does a great job! She is knowledgeable, helpful and always helps to answer any doubts that I have. So much better to have a personalized experience when getting taxes done. Highly recommended!

As no stars were not a option had to give one star. Pressured under threat of being sued for work not done paid ransom. Same as Tom M did work not communicated in advance, do not use.

FANTASTIC! I would give 10 stars if possible. After completing Federal, PA, DE returns I was stumped by the Kennett EIT return with both local EIT AND Wilmington City taxes with held. Keystone instructions and phone were of zero help. I explained my question and said since I didn't need taxes completed I would be willing to pay an advise fee. BUT not necessary.

I was provided a very detailed explanation of how to file the credits as neighborly advise. THANK you so much for your kindness to this taxpayer. It was really appreciated and when I need CPA services you will be my first stop.

Not only is she a great account but she's a wonderful person as well. She has gone above and beyond countless times for me and continues to do so. Absolutely the best.

My husband went to an initial in-person meeting for our small business and everything seemed great but our impression was quickly changed to one of frustration and disappointment. Here are a few issues we experienced: - Cynthia does not respond to email or voicemail in a timely manner. She would leave us hanging for days to WEEKS. if she responded at all.

This was particularly pertinent when we emailed to ask that she halt work on a task, didn't get a response, and then (of course!) got charged for hours of "research" on our invoice weeks later - invoices hundreds of dollars for items like "preparation" and "research" that never actually result in tangible information or documents. what exactly am I paying for here?

As a small local business, we look for a CPA that understands our questions, concerns and budget. Cynthia did not show us that she had concern for any of those things. Our brief experience with her was very contrasting to the friendly, timely and affordable accounting we have had in the past.

If you want her to do anything for you, make sure you get a detailed pricing schedule for her services, and make sure she communicates her intentions before she begins work. She decided to start doing work "on our behalf" without our consent or approval and started sending us bills after the fact, subjectively believing that her time was worth an outrageous amount of money.

She is also very slow to respond to phone calls or emails.it'll take weeks, not days. There are other accountants out there who will be honest with young appreciate your business.shop around.

I would like to recommend M. Cynthia Quinn, CPA and associates to anyone that is looking for a great CPA. I'm a business owner and I bring all my business tax preparation and questions to them.

They failed to file 1099 for a house we sold with our tax return, which resulted IRS letter saying we own IRS a lottttttt of money. When we asked them to fix it, their attitude was 'has nothing to do with us' and 'not our fault'. Anyone who has a slight sense of business practice knows that is the worse response to address an issue with a customer.

In the end, we were in their office multiple times asking them to get on the phone with IRS to solve the problem. I evaluate them as text book poor customer service and bad business practice. Incompetent and indifferent people like this group make others' life complicated and unpleasant, to say the least. Avoid them doing your tax if you can.
