I think it's been around 7 years at this point to which I have used Mark for his services. Mark continues to provide great service and now has options to do the entire hand-off of your forms online, and you can also now digitally sign your forms as well online. He also will meet you online via Zoom as well, and prefers that method due to COVID restrictions.

I actually got the wrong time for my yearly appointment with him yesterday (Sunday), and while leaving a message, the secretary picked up, thanked me for notifying them that I would miss the scheduled appointment, Mark was mainly booked until mid next month, and doesn't see anyone on Mondays, but was willing to make an exception for today (Monday).

I really appreciate that he was willing to see me despite the missed appointment. The appointment went well as usual. I was able to tell him some things about some of the forms and he asked me some questions about my prior year, which he also told me I could do business deductions and we went through a tiny list of things that we could deduct. I generally scan all my stuff into PDF format where I don't have a digital copy and just hand him a flash drive with all the stuff for him to use (he will scan physical documents for you if it comes down to it). Given that he now has a digital portal, you can probably upload the docs there instead.

Rude, likes to hang up on people, doesn't communicate well. I would give a zero rating if I could but yelp doesn't allow for it. If you want bad communication and rude secretary, with a rude accountant, then Mark is the person for you.

Twice Mark has helped me with tricky tax situations. Both times I was impressed with the knowledge and effort he provided. Good personality too.

Mark has been my CPA for many years and was my Mom's CPA for over 10 years as well. He is also now my CPA for my start-up business as well. Very knowledgeable, great advice and very easy to talk with about all aspects of tax. Mark is very personable and not stuffy like most CPA's. I would highly recommend him.

Mark has been my CPA for over 10 years. He is a very nice person to work with and keeps me on the stright and narrow. If you are looking for a CPA that is willing to go the extra mile to get you what you are entitled to, then he's your man.

Very smart, great attitude, and a wonderful human being! He is my parents CPA and I decided to use him too; he gave me great advice, was easy to talk to, explained everything in verbiage I can understand and he made sure I did understand before moving on.
