Then when we went back to informally speak with the lady that helped us on a separate matter she charged us for every minute without telling us she was charging us, we did not sign anything, there was not even an invoice- just a bill 4months later.

They didn't file our taxes in a timely manner. My husband called weekly for updates and we were told "it's in review". In the meantime, the IRS sent our stimulus check for thousands less because it was based on 2018 earnings instead of 2019. We tried to be so patient and understanding with the Walls Group due to the pandemic however their tardiness cost us a couple thousand dollars that we needed this year. Now, we're told we have to wait an entire year to get it "trued up".

I'm no longer working and it's heart breaking to have missed out on this money that my family needed now. I feel like they failed us. I asked them to fix it. That this is unacceptable but was told there's nothing they can do.
