I'll never forget the first time we met the team at JHM. We were a young start-up that quickly realized we needed a lot of help on all things accounting, taxes, business development, etc. We were referred to a few local firms and our first meeting (not with JHM) was great! My wife and I both walked away excited about the potential, but our discernment would tell us that we needed to give the second referral a chance before making any decisions as to who would be the right fit for our growing business.
That will easily go down as one of the best decisions we made for our business right out of the gate. As soon as we walked in the door at JHM, we were greeted by a team that instantly felt like family. There was an immediate sense of peace that we had arrived at the right place. At home. And not only did we get the chance to meet with the actual tax manager who would be taking on our account, the managing partner made it a point to meet with us for over an hour.
How many other managing partners would be willing to do that for a small start-up? And to this day, over two years later, that same level of closeness and availability to all members of JHM has remained constant and true.
