If you want to hire a company that doesn't concern themselves with your situation then this is the place to be. Five years I've been with these people and every year my taxes do not get filed until October. My business almost closed because they failed to help me out with any type of small business loans in 2020 and 2021. This company here is not concerned about your situation all they worry about is getting your money and paying their bills.
Do not trust these people five years I gave them all benefit of the doubt and in the end they continue to screw me over. They do not have anyone that can file taxes for you in the office they do not have anyone that knows exactly what they're doing because they're professional tax handler is no longer alive so now it's someone that is not License to do taxes or knowledgeable to know what to file for, fair heads up five years of these people are ruined my business it's your choice if you wanna let them do it to you but I highly suggest you find someone else that actually cares about their customers and not themselves only.

They had a previous employee name MICHELL that was really great she even left them because she was disgusted at the way they do business.
