My husband and I are going through a divorce and Cameron has been slow to provide me with my personal returns for the last three years. He is friends with my husband so I know him personally, and he only communicates with my husband even though he handles our joint taxes. He is unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and use someone else!

My husband took his taxes to JJ Luckey and it was only for 3 months of taxes for his business and then his personal taxes. They charged him $1400 for the both and that is twice as much as we were charged this whole year with the taxes we had done this year. They charged me almost $100 to teach me QuickBooks but we couldn't get my computer to work so I was only there about 15 minutes and I didn't even learn anything along with the lady making me feel like I was an inconvenience to her that she had to help me with this.

This firm has always been there for me when I needed them. Recently, I needed my business taxes done in very short order (less than a week) and they came through. JJ even stayed late to discuss the return with me. I have always received prompt, courteous and respectful treatment from everyone at this company.no matter what a mess I had made of my books! I've been a patron to Mr. Luckey's facilities for 5 years now, and I have had nothing but superior performance. His team is beyond knowledgeable, and always eager to help. I came to them at a time where my taxes were becoming overwhelming and I was unsure how to continue. And being a contractor, those 1099 forms get extremely complex, especially when you have children.
I just didn't have the time or wherewithal to deal with my taxes on my own, and never though I would make that deadline! I have found the utmost confidence in J.J.
