We had used Jordan and Associates for years. In the beginning they were very responsive but for the last 5-6 years the service we receive from them has been sub par. They have provided us with incorrect estimated tax vouchers that were in fact so far off that we ended up getting told in one case on a friday that we needed to pay and additional $100,000 on Monday and just this past 2014 tax season we were told that we owed an additional $87,000 because their estimates were so far off.
I fired them and would not recommend them to anyone. They have been unprofessional and have in fact bordered on malpractice. I have ended up paying penalties the last 3 years because of their mistakes. I fired them I I suggest no one hire them.
