I have used them over for 12 years and they have always been spot on. All of our community records have never had a problem. They are always helpful and have accurate records. I can only assume any negative comments posted are from those who are unhappy because they have not paid and owe money.

For the past five years I served as Treasurer of our Association and worked closely with Victory Accounting. Their quick response time to any questions, ,p rofessionalism by their staff made it easy for me to do my job. It was a pleasure working with everyone. They handle matters quickly and efficiently. They are very knowledgeable with the workings of a Condo Association, and are a constant help to us. We would recommend them highly. I have had numerous accounting companies that I have used in my former career and for our Condo Association. Victory Accounting is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. All their office staff, when contacted, have been extremely pleasant and always handled the issue or questions presented to them. All phone calls and emails are always returned in a timely manner. As a small HOA Board with only 3 members Victory Accounting has been a blessing for us. The team is easy to communicate with, quick on follow up and willing to assist or residents directly when questions arise. Our community has used Victory Accounting since 2017. They are very responsive and willing to record and track individual assessments when needed. Christy and April, as well as Vicki, are the absolute best. The monthly financials are accurate and timely. Prior to 2017, we used a combination of management and accounting under one roof. I would never go back to that situation.

If there is an issue with one part of the service, either you have to ignore it or change both parts to remedy the situation. With Victory, they are accurate and fully responsive. They concentrate solely on the accounting and do a great job.

Incompetent. They do not appear to have sufficent financial and math skills to call themselves an accounting service. There is no evidence that anyone there even has a degree in accounting.

I have worked with Victory Accounting and I would highly recommend their services for HOA and Condo accounting. The staff has extensive knowledge of bookkeeping and are very professional. They've been around for years and are extremely good at what they do. If any Board members or management companies are looking for top notch accounting services, then Victory is the place to go.
