This company and its representatives do not respond to emails and calls. They are also not truthful and professional as well. They committed to completing my file by tax deadline and now they cannot. It would have been courteous to let me know they could not do it. These ratings on google are probably generated by bots and not a true reflection of the integrity and quality of their work. At first I had an issue with them for not getting back to me in a timely manner about my tax returns. Even gave a negative review. However, I spoke to Naveed and he explained that the reason for them falling behind was because of the Covid-19 pandemic, which I thoroughly understand as the pandemic has affected everyone adversely. They completed my tax returns by the deadline even got me a nice refund! I will highly recommend Accounting Advantage USA to anyone!
