Diemer Accounting & Tax Services

I don't know what kind of business this is but I called twice and left a message and no one ever called me back?!

We have been using Diemer for a few years now & have been extremely pleased. This year they finished our taxes thoroughly in 16 hours from the time I dropped them off. Unfortunately our taxes are not able to be filed online, so they have sent them in without any issues.

We wife started her own cleaning business and we had no idea where to start. Diemer helped us set up an LLC in November and gave us tips on insurance and record keeping. Mark filed our taxes and was very helpful. I think he found more deductions (home office. ect) than turbo tax would have. Filing our taxes cost $175.

I got my taxes done today by Mark at Diemer Accounting and Tax Services. He was so patient with my husband and I even though we gave him several reasons to be annoyed. We are so pleased with how well Mark did. I highly recommend getting your taxes done here.

We have had Ken do our taxes for several years now. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He does my in laws taxes as well and all of us are very happy with his services. He does great if you are self employed. 5 stars for sure!

I am astounded by the incompetence. They took 4 months to get my taxes filed and returns to me which resulted in my being charged over $600 in additional taxes, fees and penalties. They were nearly impossible to get ahold of, rarely responded to emails and dropped the ball in every way possible. You will regret using this company, I guarantee it.

I have consistently had a great experience working with Diemer Accounting & Tax Service. Ken is very thoughtful and diligent in helping his clients understand taxes. There isn't a better price in town and the communication has been top notch. Really grateful for the work this firm does and feel confident referring anyone to them.

I've been doing my taxes here for the last couple years. Each time was stress free, I always learn something new. Will continue to come back. But also the Front Desk Clerk was the best. Very friendly and has a great smile and attitude.

I was very disappointed with my overall experience, especially considering three different people recommended Diemer Accounting to me. Errors were made which caused delays. Promises to communicate in a timely manner were not kept. Plus, they did not respond to a letter I wrote, voicing my concerns. By far this was the worst experience I have ever had with tax preparation.

Unfortunately I would have to say I'm not happy with their service. They were certainly the cheapest by far; and their service showed that. I had an appointment for my Fiance and myself and my Fiance was able to file same day but I was not because of a missing health form. My health plan changed several times that year between being off my parents plan and a new job.

When I called my health providers, they kept stating I didn't need that form to file my taxes; however, Marc was insistent on it. Finally after hours on the phone & 3 weeks later, I received the form he wanted and sent to him. At this point, my fiance should have received his refund. We gave it a few more days and then we finally called Diemer. Turns out the girl misplaced his file and never submitted them.

Almost a month later and close to the April deadline and they wouldn't have been submitted unless we called. I am not saying I wouldn't try them again as this was the first time we used them, but now I just know to proceed with extreme caution and be diligent to be sure they do their job properly.
