Been trying to get a refund of over $2K from Laura since Oct 14. Laura does not respond to Dr Milsteins assistants nor me the customer. Dr Milstein office gave me her number because she is ignoring them. I've called several times to no avail. Wendy sent it again on Nov 17 and no reply. Do not do business with a company that is not organized themselves.
If you pride yourself in having these type of people as your employees that never follow up I would never want to do business with this company. Please send my refund. Thank you!
