I am a graduate of Michigan State University having earned an undergraduate degree in accounting and a Masters of Business Administration. I have over twenty years of professional tax & accounting experience including employment at two of the Big Four accounting firms and a large regional accounting firm.
The tax code is complex and difficult to navigate. To make matters worse, the tax code and your life can change every year impacting how much you pay. Missing deductions and/or credits can be very costly, and making simple mistakes could lead to an IRS inquiry or even an audit. I specialize in income tax preparation for individuals and small businesses (form 1040 Individual Income Tax, form 1120S S Corporation, and form 1065 Partnership).
Small businesses frequently overlook the importance of accounting and bookkeeping. By doing so, they risk not having timely and accurate records of their company's financial health. The success of a business is often directly tied to the business's ability to react to a decrease or increase in sales, or react to an increase or decrease in costs, or obtain bank financing for new asset acquisitions. It is vital that your accounting records are accurate and current so you can create meaningful reports and file accurate tax returns.
A complete and accurate set of accounting and payroll records is required for the management of a successful business and the preparation of all necessary tax filings (income taxes, payroll, etc.). I have over 25 years of accounting experience in the field of accounting and taxes. I provide accounting and bookkeeping on a regular or as-needed basis, including system setup and one-time clean-up projects.

He is respectful, straight to business, does a good job, all while being a reasonable price. At first, I just had him do some of my taxes if I was overwhelmed, but now I'm old enough to just not care and have him do everything. Even when he is handling all of your payrolls and taxes, he remains calm and respectful, I would definitely recommend him to older folks.

William has been doing my business and personal taxes for 6 years. William has done an EXCELLENT job for me. He is always available for phone calls and meetings when necessary. He is always 100% up to date on any new tax laws and changes. Always gives Great advice. He has come to our office on multiple occasions to help us with QuickBooks. We have used several different CPA's over the years and William is by far the best and VERY fair with his rates.

If I could give this company minus stars I would. Stay away, as all this firm wants to do is take your money. Accountants are suppose to help you, not hurt you! In our case this firm did not help us. our taxes were done incorrectly and had already put in for three extensions due to this firms inability to get it right the first time! When we asked for an explanation of his services and the crazy expensive fees to date, Brad got loud and rude as he scolded us on not understanding what he did.
He then demanded full payment before he would correct our taxes. With all the time he wasted with his nonsense explanations we had to seek help elsewhere. So, not only did we have to pay for these services again but we also had to pay to correct all the errors he and his firm made to our computer records. Even though we were granted the extensions to "file" our taxes late, us along with the other shareholders of our company were still hit with heavy penalties for "paying" late. Stay away!

I have had the privilege of working with Bill for over 15 years. During that time he has managed my personal tax returns along with returns for many of my family members and friends. While many returns have been rather simple, some involved tricky questions requiring research and expert review. I met Bill about 2 1/2 years ago. I arrived in his office on a Saturday morning with a stack of letters from the IRS. A bad experience with our last accountant had left us with a paperwork mess to clean up and back taxes owed. Bill said that he would be able to fix the mess, it would just take some time and lots of paperwork. When the IRS asked us to come to their office, the first person I called in a panic was Bill and sure enough, even though he had not created the mess, he came to the IRS office with us. Bill is everything that you look for in an accountant. I would recommend him to anyone!
