I am a small business owner, and Mr. Gordon Troan just made my morning! I actually like taxes, and I've been working to learn information on my own while wanting someone to "hold my hand" so that I don't mess it up. Mr. Troan has been consistently generous, kind and competent. He is able to break down complex math sequences into a form that makes sense. He also offers services based on what is best for the customer.

Charged me $25 for copy of my tax return. which should be free. everyone in my household was doing their tax returns here. and the lady in front was very rude. so we all stop going there. for charging us $25 and being rude to customers not doing any business with someone who try to take advantage of customers.
