Founded in 1990, Regalia & Associates is a full service public accounting firm. Our professionals specialize in offering expert audit, tax, and consulting services. The Firm, and many of its professional staff, are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
In our Audit Department, our focus is on providing audit, tax, and consulting services to Exempt Organizations. Our not-for-profit practice specializes in entities organized under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Since our inception in 1990, we have performed hundreds of audits and have prepared thousands of tax returns for exempt organizations, spanning a wide variety of industries such as performing arts groups, animal welfare organizations, land management trusts, museums, chambers of commerce, schools and care facilities, and others.
We require payment upon receipt. All standard forms of payment are accepted including personal check, company check, Visa, Mastercard, and Diner's credit cards. We are available during normal business hours, which are 8:30 to 5:30, Monday through Friday. We also make special arrangements for evening or weekend consultations.

Doug did my taxes for several years and I felt he did a great job. He always made time to personally meet with me each year to review my case. I definitely felt confident he was knowledgeable and fair in his pricing. At the time my taxes were fairly straight-forward but he was also able to help me structure tax planning with the new business I started.
The only negative I have is that each year he did my returns it seemed that I needed to remind him of certain "basic" facts about me and my family. Otherwise I could give him a 5 star rating! The only reason I stopped using him is because my income took a huge dip and doing my taxes with TurboTax was my new reality!
